When I was still a visitor to New Orleans, I made the acquaintance of Mary Behlar, owner of Bourbon French Parfums. I simply shared my interest in her city and Mary immediately became a dear friend. This business has been around for over 170 years and while getting to know Mary it's clear why this is so. She loves her city and loves helping visitors create a unique way to remember their time spent in New Orleans. - Stephen
