Penny and Nicolle's Maison de Cheveux is THE only salon you need to know if you're going to be near the French Quarter. It's a fun place to hang out with an extremely convenient location that's right on the St. Charles streetcar line and has easy parking across the street.
I've had good haircuts all around town but it was Jessica at Maison de Cheveux who really paid attention to what I asked for. AND my haircut looked great the moment I stepped out of the salon and it still looked good nearly two months later - and that's never happened.
