At the foundation gallery, 25% of proceeds is donated to local and national non-profits. This includes gift items from their shop as well as traditional art. Over 2 years ago I purchased a "onézieme" leather bag for myself. It looks better every day and at least one person per month stops me on the street to ask where I got it. And my mother who is the queen of tote bags just received a beautiful screen printed "New Orleans" tote for Mother's Day. On most days you can park right outside the gallery so it's a perfect place to shop for a last-minute gift. - Stephen (see my man-bag and my Mom's tote below :)
